My Ole Friend Jack

Since I was a child, I have always "named' everything of value to me: dogs and cats (of course), other pets - we had a goat once named "Billy" and cows - all the cows had names.

I call my 1995 GMC truck "Jack". Well, ole Jack was needed this afternoon to haul a bed and just like Old Faithful, Jack fired right up - ready to go to work just like she has been for nearly 160,000 miles.
