Pineapple Upside-down Cake

This was apart of our contribution the the family Thanksgiving lunch last week. Of course I made it in a cast iron skillet. I'm not sure it would work in anything else. There is just something about how butter and brown sugar caramelizes in an iron pot. (And let me tell ya' this one was g..o..o..d!)
